Sharpener is an AI-assisted tool that helps you develop ideas into structured product plans through guided conversation. It generates documents based on your input using third-party AI services.
You must be at least 13 years old to use Sharpener. By using the service, you represent that you meet this requirement.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. Don't share your login with others. You are responsible for all activity under your account.
You own the ideas, text, and documents you create using Sharpener. We don't claim ownership of your content. You grant us a limited license to store and process your content solely for the purpose of providing the service to you.
Sharpener uses third-party AI services to generate responses and documents. AI output may be inaccurate, incomplete, or inappropriate. You are responsible for reviewing and validating any output before relying on it. Sharpener does not guarantee the accuracy or quality of AI-generated content.

Sharpener offers a paid subscription billed monthly. Payment is processed by Stripe. You can cancel your subscription at any time and it will remain active through the end of your current billing period. Refunds are not provided for partial billing periods.
Sharpener is provided "as is." We do our best to keep the service running, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. Sharpener relies on third-party AI providers, and disruptions to those services may affect availability.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sharpener and its operator are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you have paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We may update these terms from time to time. If we make significant changes, we will notify you through the application or by email. Continued use of Sharpener after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
